‘One off’ Dwellings
Although not a replacement dwelling per se, the extent of alterations undertaken at this project on the edge of the green belt was extensive.
The project was designed as a replacement dwelling to a bungalow partially comprising a former railway carriage originally manufactured sometime in the 19th century.
Peripheral to the prescribed development boundary of the village of Inkberrow, Worcestershire, ‘Sunny Bank’ is a replacement dwelling built on the site of a former traditional two bedroomed 1950’s bungalow which incorporated an extensive paddock field behind the residential curtilage and a large detached workshop to the side.
This project will shortly be commencing on site. A new three bedroom dwelling with integral garage will be built on an upper plateau within the grounds of our Client’s existing dwelling.
